Report a Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Card

If your ATM or Debit card is lost or stolen, please call us at 717-898-7673 during business hours to close your card right away.  

For after-hours assistance call 1-800-472-3272.  

If you discover fraudulent charges on your ATM or Debit Card, please call our fraud department at 1-833-604-0696.

Common Questions

We offer a variety of options for members to access their money no matter where they are.

  1. Online Banking through Wheatland FCU’s Virtual Branch
  2. Mobile Banking with Wheatland FCU’s app for members who are 18 and older
  3. Telephone Transaction Service (TTS)
  4. Shared Branching through the CO-OP network
    Visit credit unions in the shared branch network to perform basic banking transactions like withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and payments. Go to the CO-OP website to see a list of participating branches.
  5. ATM transactions through the CU$ ATM network
    Avoid surcharges when you use your WFCU ATM or debit card at a CU$ network ATM. Traveling outside of the continental United States? We offer reloadable CUMONEY Visa travel cards that are accepted all around the world. Visit one of our branch locations to purchase a travel card before you go.

If you have questions about any transactions or need more information about an electronic funds transfer listed on your statement or receipt, please call us at 717-898-7673 or via email at wfcumembers@wheatlandcu.com. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the first statement on which the issue appeared.

This can happen for several reasons. You may be attempting to make a purchase that exceeds the card’s daily withdrawal limit, or the purchase is being processed outside of the continental United States. Review our Card Services page for details about WFCU debit cards or call our member services team during business hours for support 717-898-7673 option 2.
