Branch Operations Update
Hello WFCU Family,
I hope this finds you healthy and enjoying this wintery weather. We have missed seeing you in our offices and look forward to welcoming you back. Our branch lobbies will reopen on Wednesday, February 24th.
As we welcome you back, we want to remind you of the many safety precautions we are taking. Some of the things we are doing to keep everyone safe are explained below to let you know what you can expect when you visit us.
Social Distancing
This is something we are all used to doing by this point and is one of the best ways to reduce the spread of germs between individuals. Maintaining a 6-foot distance between yourself and others is required when in our offices. We will have yellow markers on the floors to help with maintaining this spacing.
Maximum Capacity
We will be monitoring the number and location of people in our offices and if the number does not allow proper social distancing, we may ask members to wait outside or in their cars until other members leave allowing the proper spacing.
Face Masks
Wearing a face mask remains a requirement inside PA businesses and a way to help protect others from germs. When entering a WFCU branch, please wear your face mask and remove any sunglasses and/or hats. Our staff may ask you to briefly lower or remove your mask if needed to verify your identity.
Protective Shields
You will see new protective shields in all member service areas allowing us to serve you face-to-face while maintaining safety. Please stand or sit so that the shield is positioned between you and the representative assisting you.
Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the branches for your use as you enter and leave.
A Couple More Items
We ask that you please do not visit if you are ill, have traveled out of state in the last 14 days, have possible symptoms or may have been exposed to someone who is positive for COVID-19. Children’s toys continue to be removed from our lobbies.
Contact-Free Service Options
While we will be opening on the 24th and look forward to seeing you, we do encourage using our drive-thru and self-service options whenever possible as no contact remains the very best way to prevent the spread of germs.
