Bank to Bank Transfers are here!!

Need to make a payment to your loan here at Wheatland but your funds are at another institution? You can transfer that payment via Home Banking and not have to mail a check or drop off your payment at our office. Now that's convenience!

Promise to Mail or "E-Deposits"

Wheatland is offering a new convenient service called Promise to Mail or "E-Deposits." PTM is accessed through PCU online banking and is a FREE service to qualifying members. Members can deposit checks or cash with PTM on home banking and the deposit is credited to the members account right away. You then have 7 days to mail or drop off the checks or cash you deposited online. These checks or cash cannot be deposited through the ATM machine. Each deposit made through PTM will have a PTM serial # that must be with the deposit when mailed in or dropped off. Please mention to staff that your deposit has been done through PTM if dropped off to avoid issues.

Shared Branching

If you are going out of town you might need to get some cash or make a quick deposit, with Shared Branching its easy! Click on the "CU Service Centers" link below and locate a credit union in the Shared Branching network. You can then walk into one of the participating credit union branches and make a deposit or withdrawal from your Wheatland FCU account. All you need is your driver's license or another form of photo ID, and your Wheatland FCU account number. Sure beats the crazy withdrawal fees at foreign ATM machines. Check it out!

Do it the safe and SECURE way, and register your MasterCard Debit Card with MasterCard SecureCode. When you register your card, it will give you the secure feeling that your card is safe while shopping online.

BETTER CHOICE LOAN PROGRAM

The "Better Choice Loan Program" is an alternative to Pay-Day Lending. Your credit union has come up with a "Better" way to offer these types of short term loans.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

First you have to stop into any one of our offices to fill out an application (these applications can not be done over the phone or on-line)
Bring a copy of your most current pay-stub
Bring the $25 application fee (this fee can be added into the borrowed amount, and the fee is non-refundable)

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

Short term loan advance with a maximum term of 90 days
Loan amount is a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $500
Maximum rate is 18% APR
No credit check is done
10% of the loan amount will be placed on hold in the regular share account until the loan is paid in full.
The loan must be repaid through Payroll Deduction or ACH origination only
The loan must be repaid in FULL before any other loan can be disbursed
The loan cannot be approved if the members monthly payment exceeds 30% of the monthly net pay.
After 2 "Better Choice" loans, the member will be required to have financial counseling. Any future "Better Choice" loans will be decided by the Counselor and the Loan Manager.
